We didn’t have a football team. Or a great basketball team. Hell, we didn’t even have a cool statue of our mascot. What we did have was great classes (I took the History of the Beatles, Gospel Choir, and a class on various musicals to name a few), and UCSD was where I was first introduced to the nasty smells of dark room chemicals and the love for photography. I’ve met several of my closest friends and learned to use public transportation. I love UCSD and will always be biased for having the nicest dorm rooms, great food, awesome people, and unique classes.
After 5 years, I had a chance to visit my Alma mater, and was totally shocked to see the change they have done to the campus. Here are some images. **They now have a Triton statue!**

Of course, this was not there when I attended…

GOOOOOO TRITONS! *fingers in a shape of a pitchfork**
With a little bit of this and a little bit of that, what started off as this…

…ended up in this! Orange is SO the new black.

And yes, those are mirrors on the wall. You know, cause we’re so vain and all…
A few of my favs from this week’s mini session.

…and just when I thought it would be impossible for her to get any cuter, she does this:

…and it basically melted my heart.

Until Next Time….
The beautiful thing about my job is that I get to see kids grow up. It’s truely a blessing to be able to capture different stages of lives. The last time I saw this little munchin, he was barely walking. Now, he’s up and running!

I LOVE family photos. The last family photo I’ve taken with my parents was at my wedding two years ago. I know I just need to stop and take some, but…well, there are really no excuses.
Cindy contacted me to photograph her family about 4 months ago, and have since then been in contact to figure out the perfect location and all the details. I admire her for that, since I know it’s not easy to coordinate a photoshoot. I hope I was able to capture the love and interactions between the generations!
This is what I was greeted with.

CUTE!

The family!

Little K with Auntie and Uncle.

Yummy light for a cute father-daughter moment!

We also got a chance to photograph Cindy and Ray for their 1-year anniversay.
This is how the shoot started…full of laughter and love.

…and then, Ray’s true colors came out!

Of course, he had to give Cindy a big fat kiss to make up! (just kidding Ray…but really, you two are so cute!)

Beautiful!

I tried a new action with this…what do you think?

..and of course, we can’t forget the boys.

Thanks for checking in!
