OMG. I totally feel it. After 4 gumbos, a shrimp etouffee, a crawfish etouffee, two trips to Cafe Du Monde beignets, two Po’Boy sandwiches, one alligator cheesecake and one muffletta, I feel the weight right on my tummy.
