Unusual Thanksgiving
For the Koontz’s, Thanksgiving 2009 was spent at the Vandenburg Air Force Base, Chumash Casino, and Solvang. Mmmmhmmm…it was DEFINITELY different. No left over turkey bone to make turkey broth, no leftover ham for sliders, and leftover pumpkin pie. Instead, I experienced my first blackjack table, Anderson’s split pea soup, and a walk along Wall Beach. Yup, this year’s Thanksgiving was definitely different!
